Hirsch’s Meadowdale celebrated National Women’s day with Edenhaven home of the Aged
Hirsch’s Meadowdale celebrated National Women’s day with residents from the Edenhaven home for the Aged. Edenhaven is situated in the heart of Edenvale and was established for the Elderly by concerned citizens who recognized a need in the community for such a facility. They are a non-profit organisation and operate on a self-supporting basis whereby each resident meets the financial requirements either personally or with family support.
Said Hirsch’s Wesley Morris “The Hirsch’s team treated the ladies to coffee/tea, snacks and some delicious Italian bacon & mushroom fettuccini pasta mixed with an award winning, thick three cheese’s sauce. This was a treat like no other and the ladies absolutely loved it. Afterwards we gave away a R200 gift card voucher and a Hirsch’s cook book. The time spent with the ladies was filled with laughter and great conversation – needless to say, everyone was sad to say goodbye!”
